Toronto, Warwick, Patterson + Niagara Falls and New York City

7 Days - 6 Nights / July 27 - August 2, 2026

Day 1 - Depart by bus from Cleveland, Ohio (very early a.m.). Tour Canada Bethel (Toronto). Continue to Niagara Falls for overnight stay.

Day 2 - Morning at Niagara Falls. Depart for New York.

Day 3 - Warwick Facility (World Headquarters) tour. Delicious stop at Bellvale Farms Creamery.

Day 4 - Fun Day in New York City! -- Chinatown, Times Square. Dinner at Dallas BBQ or other location.

Day 5 - Patterson Educational Center tour (includes the First-Century Bible Village).

Day 6 - MET Museum Bible History Tour (conducted by Brothers). Dinner in Harlem (Melba's or Amy Ruth's).

Day 7 - Visit (The Mills) Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall (200+ stores). Depart for Cleveland (Watchtower study on bus).

Before You Book Your JW Bethel Trip...

A $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure a spot. This counts towards your total.

Some parts of this trip include a notable amount of walking and standing (for example, during tours and sightseeing). If you have mobility concerns or may need assistance, please plan to travel with a partner who can help you as needed throughout the trip. We want everyone to feel comfortable and supported, so feel free to reach out with any questions about what to expect.

Sharing a room saves money! Need a room mate to share costs? Let us know--we may be able to help.

Price is per person (Includes Room, MET, and NYC sightseeing activities). Credit cards, cash, checks, Zelle, or money orders will be accepted for payment. Flexible installment payments welcome.

Payment Schedule: At least one-third (1/3) of your total trip cost is due by May 16, 2026. At least two-thirds (2/3) of your total trip cost is due by June 16, 2026. Full payment is due by July 2, 2026.
You are welcome to make payments of any amount, at any time toward your trip balance—as often as you like—as long as you meet the due dates above.

Refunds? If we cancel the trip for any reason, all money will be refunded. If you should cancel on the trip prior to 6/06/26 -- 80% of money paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded. If you cancel after 6/06/26 no refund will be given unless you find a replacement.

FAQ

Does your tour include the 1st Century Bible Village at Patterson?

A: Yes! One of the highlights of our trip is the First-Century Bible Village at the new Patterson Visitor Center. It’s a truly immersive experience that makes you feel as though you’ve stepped back into ancient Israel.

Who coordinates this trip, and how long have you been doing this?

We’ve been arranging Bethel trips since 2013. Those coordinating the trip are regular pioneers and/or elders, and we do our best to keep everything organized, clear, and encouraging. Although we’re based in Cleveland, Ohio, friends from all over the U.S. haved joined us for these upbuilding trips.

Where will the bus depart from and will there be vehicle parking?

The bus will depart from Baron’s Bus Depot, 13315 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142 (very close to Cleveland Hopkins Airport). Yes—there is free parking with staff onsite 24/7.

What type of amenities does the bus have?

Restroom, electrical outlets, monitors, Wi-Fi, cup holders, and ample overhead storage.

What if I can not obtain a passport?

We understand that some cannot obtain a passport for the Canadian leg of this trip. If that is your case but you still want to visit the NY facilities with us, reach out to us—we may have a solution that has worked for some in the past.
